芦芽山风景区旅游形象感知研究——基于游客网络文本分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着旅游活动与互联网关系的日益密切,网络文本已成为旅游目的地形象研究的重要数据来源。文章通过百度、搜狗等常用搜索引擎以及同程网、游多多网等知名旅游网站来收集游客关于芦芽山风景区的网络游记和评论,按照预设条件筛选后得到网络游记121篇,评论1429条。运用文本分析法对这些游记和评论进行归纳分析,获得了良好的研究效果并提取出芦芽山风景区旅游形象的六大积极因素:避暑胜地、世界奇观、基因宝库、世外桃源、天然氧吧、自我挑战和五大消极因素:旅游设施、旅游服务、旅游供给、旅游环境、旅游吸引。 With the increasingly close relationship between tourism activities and the Internet,network text has become an important datasource for tourism destination image research.This paper collect tourists’online travel notes and comments about luya mountain scenic spot through the use of baidu,sogou and other common search engines as well as well-known tourism websites such as tongcheng andyododo and finally select 121 online travel notes and 1429 comments according to the preset conditions.Using text analysis on these travel notes and inductive analysis on comments,the research obtained the good study effect and distilled rhizome bud mountain scenic area tourism image of six positive factors:summer resort,the world wonders,genetic treasure house,arcadia,natural oxygen bar,challenge themselves,five negative factors:tourism facilities,tourism services,tourism supplies,environment of tourism,tourist attraction.
