摘要 随着移动通信网络和移动流媒体技术的快速发展,视频监控行业已逐渐呈现出向移动端发展的趋势,但与此同时,在实际应用中存在兼容性差、严重依赖插件导致互联互通等诸多问题。在深入研究移动视频监控系统业务的基础上,结合GB/T 28181和WebRTC的技术特点,设计并实现了一套基于GB/T 28181和WebRTC技术的移动视频监控系统。该系统既解决了与现有GB/T 28181视频监控联网平台之间互联互通的问题,又兼容了不同浏览器下客户端对插件依赖的问题。通过实验验证了该系统的可行性和实用性。 With the rapid development of mobile communication networks and mobile streaming media technologies, the video surveillance industry has gradually developed towards the mobile terminal, but at the same time, there are many problems in practical applications, such as poor compatibility and severe dependence on plug-ins that lead to interconnection and interoperability. Designs and implements a mobile video surveillance system based on GB/T 28181 and WebRTC technology based on the in-depth study of the technical characteristics of GB/T 28181 and WebRTC. The system not only solves the problem of interconnection with the existing GB/T 28181 video surveillance network system, but also is compatible with the problem of clients relying on plug-ins in different browsers. The feasibility and practicability of the system have been verified through experiments.
