摘要
针对船舶机舱电机缺乏智能监测手段的现状,以WZP-031磁性式温度传感器和PLC为下位机,以触摸屏和PC机为上位机,设计了一套机舱电机温度监测报警系统。通过详实的文字和接线图,描述了下位机硬件设计搭建的方法;并重点对PLC温度数据采集程序设计、触摸屏程序设计和组态王程序设计进行了介绍。通过对设计的系统进行实际运行验证,电机温度可以实时直观地在触摸屏和PC机组态监控应用程序中进行显示,若电机温度超过设定报警值,可以在第一时间发出报警,从而提醒工作人员及时检查电机状态,有效避免电机发生过热损坏。
In view of the lack of intelligent monitoring means for marine engine room motor, designs a set of engine room motor temperature monitoring and alarm system with WZP-031 magnetic temperature sensor and PLC as lower computer, touch screen and PC as upper computer. Through detailed text and wiring diagram, describes the method of hardware design and construction of the lower computer;and focuses on the PLC temperature data acquisition program design, touch screen program design and Kingview program design. Through the actual operation verification of the designed system, the motor temperature can be displayed in the touch screen and PC configuration monitoring application program in real time. If the machine temperature exceeds the set alarm value, the alarm can be sent out at the first time, so as to remind the staff to check the state of the motor in time and effectively avoid overheating damage of the motor.
