医学学术型社团人才成长平台搭建的探索

Exploration on building talent growth platforms for medical associations

学术型社团可以丰富学生的"第二课堂",提升学生的科研和协作能力。目前,关于学术型社团的研究较多,而对于医学学术型社团的研究甚少。本文基于四川大学华西胸外创新与实践协会在建设和发展中的经验,探讨了搭建学术型社团人才成长平台的方法。结果表明,建立持续的反馈机制、人才成长档案以及良好的文化氛围对医学学术型社团的发展能够起到一定的积极作用。同时,医学学术型社团能够帮助成员提高自身的科研能力和思维能力等,在医学人才培养中发挥重要作用。

Academic associations can enrich students'"econd classrooms"and improve their scientific research and collaboration capabilities.At present,there are many researches on academic associations,while few researches focus on medical academic associations.Based on the construction and development experience of the West China Thoracic Association of Students of Sichuan University,this article explores how to better build a talent growth platform for academic associations.The results show that the establishment of a continuous feedback mechanism,talent growth files,and a good cultural atmosphere can play a positive role in the development of medical academic associations.At the same time,the medical academic association can help members improve their scientific research ability and thinking ability,etc.,as well as play an important role in the cultivation of medical talents.
