左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Levofloxacin Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Cervicitis

目的探究左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选2018年4月—2019年4月该院收治的200例宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组接受阿奇霉素治疗,观察组接受左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果①观察组治愈33例,显效40例,有效20例,治疗有效率为93.0%;对照组治愈19例,显效41例,有效11例,治疗有效率为71.0%(χ^2=16.396,P<0.05)。②两组患者均未出现严重不良反应,停药后各项症状显著缓解。观察组不良反应几率7.0%,对照组不良反应几率9.0%,组间差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.272,P>0.05)。③观察组100例,复发8例,复发率8.0%,对照组复发28例,复发率28.0%(χ^2=13.550,P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis.Methods 200 patients with cervicitis treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received azithromycin treatment and the observation group received levofloxacin combined with azithromycin.The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared.effect.Results 1.33 cases in the observation group were cured,40 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 93.0%;19 cases were cured in the control group,41 cases were significantly effective,and 11 cases were effective.The effective rate was 71.0%(χ2=16.396,P<0.05).2.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,and the symptoms were significantly relieved after stopping the drug.The probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.0%,and the probability of adverse reactions in the control group was 9.0%.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups,(χ2=0.272,P>0.05).3.100 cases in the observation group,8 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 8.0%,28 cases of recurrence in the control group,the recurrence rate was 28.0%(χ2=13.550,P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
