丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效分析

Analysis of on the Clinical Effect of Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的研究丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法以该院2019年1—11月共140例急性脑梗死患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组分别70例,对照组仅接受常规治疗,观察组接受常规基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗1、2个月后神经功能评分[(17.45±2.95)分、(10.23±2.34)分]、认知功能评分[(26.83±1.84)分、(27.89±1.26)分]均优于对照组(20.34±3.03)分、(14.85±2.53)分、(23.65±2.02)分、(25.03±1.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.718、11.216、9.737、14.138,P<0.05);观察组治疗后1、2、3个月BI评分为(56.86±6.39)分、(65.78±7.23)分、(79.82±8.13)分,均高于对照组(51.37±5.57)分、(59.83±6.82)分、(72.63±7.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.168、3.855、4.195,P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死能更明显改善患者神经功能、认知功能,提升患者日常生活能力。

Objective To study the clinical effect of sodium butylphthalide chloride injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 140 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January to November 2019 in the hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table.The control group only received routine treatment,while the observation group received routine treatment plus sodium butylphthalide chloride injection,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,the neurological scores[(17.45±2.95)points,(10.23±2.34)points],and cognitive function scores[(26.83±1.84)points,(27.89±1.26)points]were better after 1 and 2 months of treatment,the control group(20.34±3.03)points,(14.85±2.53)points,(23.65±2.02)points,(25.03±1.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.718,11.216,9.737,14.138,P<0.05);the observation group after treatment,the BI scores for 2,3,and 3 months were(56.86±6.39)points,(65.78±7.23)points,and(79.82±8.13)points,which were higher than the control group(51.37±5.57)points,(59.83±6.82)points,(72.63±7.46)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.168,3.855,4.195,P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium butylphthalide chloride injection can significantly improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and improve the ability of daily life of patients.
