阿维A联合卡泊三醇治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及不良反应的影响

The Clinical Effect and Adverse Reaction of Avia Combined with Carbotriol in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的分析在治疗寻常型银屑病中应用阿维A联合卡泊三醇的效果。方法选取2016年12月—2019年12月期间收治的80例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,将80例患者采用随机的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,两组均给予阿维A治疗,观察组在此基础上给予卡泊三醇治疗,对两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、严重性指数评分进行观察。结果对照组与观察组总有效率分别为80.0%、95.0%,其中观察组总有效率明显更高,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05)。对照组和观察组不良反应发生率分别为36.7%、7.5%,观察组发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.565,P<0.05)。治疗后PASI对照组和观察组评分分别为(10.1±1.1)、(5.2±1.0)分,其中观察组评分明显更低,比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.598,P<0.05)。结论阿维A联合卡泊三醇治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果显著,其可以有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者治疗效果,且不良反应发生率较低,安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the effect of Avia combined with carbotriol in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the study object.80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Both groups were treated with Avia.On this basis,the observation group was treated with carbotriol.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and severity index scores of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 80.0%and 95.0%respectively,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 36.7%in the control group and 7.5%in the observation group.The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.565,P<0.05).After treatment,the PASI scores of the control group and the observation group were(10.1±1.1)points and(5.2±1.0)points respectively,and the observation group scores were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.598,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Avia combined with carbotriol in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,safe and reliable.
