口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Dental Implant Repair and Routine Repair in the Treatment of Dentition Loss

目的评价口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的临床疗效。方法该次研究于2018年1月—2019年6月选择性纳入该院78例牙列缺失患者,按照入院先后顺序进行交叉分组,设置对比组和研究组,每组39例,对比组采取常规修复方式治疗,研究组给予口腔种植修复治疗,对比分析实际临床疗效。结果研究组临床总有效率94.87%高于对比组76.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.186,P<0.05);研究组牙龈指标、牙齿功能指标、美观程度等评分均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对牙列缺失患者,采取口腔种植修复治疗的整体效果显著优于常规修复治疗,临床有效率较高,且能够最大程度改善患者牙龈指标、牙齿功能、以获得良好美学效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of dental implant restoration and conventional restoration for dentition loss.Methods The study was selected from January 2018 to June 2019 to enroll 78 patients with missing dentition in the hospital.They were cross-grouped according to the order of admission,and a comparison group and a study group were set up,with 39 cases in each group.The comparison group adopted routine restoration The research group gave oral implant restoration treatment to compare and analyze the actual clinical efficacy.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the contrast group(94.87%vs 76.92%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of gingival index,tooth function index and aesthetic degree in the study group were better than those in the contrast group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.186,P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with dentition,the overall effect of oral implant repair is significantly better than that of routine repair,and the clinical efficiency is high,and it can improve the gingival index,tooth function and obtain good aesthetic effect to the greatest extent.
