探讨快速康复外科理念在老年人工髋关节置换患者护理中的应用效果

Explore the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Hip Replacement

目的探究老年人工髋关节置换术中快速康复外科护理理念的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年12月该院105例老年人工髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组按照快速康复外科理念实施护理,对比两组VAS(视觉模拟疼痛)评分、髋关节Harris评分、并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后6 h、24 h、48 h时VAS评分分别为(5.12±0.15)分、(3.78±0.11)分、(2.89±0.28)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=128.104、42.583、23.258,P<0.05);观察组术后2周、3个月与6个月髋关节Harris评分分别为(65.23±3.28)分、(88.98±3.28)分、(92.48±4.18)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.869、20.228、23.689,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.77%,低于对照组的36.54%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.802,P<0.05)。结论老年人工髋关节置换术中应用快速康复外科护理理念利于促进术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in elderly workers'hip replacement.Methods From September 2018 to December 2019,105 elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group was implemented according to the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing,compare the two groups of VAS(visual analog pain)score,hip Harris score,and complications.Results The VAS scores of the observation group at 6 h,24 h,and 48 h were(5.12±0.15)points,(3.78±0.11)points,and(2.89±0.28)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=128.104,42.583,23.258,P<0.05);The Harris scores of the hip joint in the observation group were(65.23±3.28)points,(88.98±3.28)points,and(92.48±4.18)points at 2 weeks,3 months and 6 months after surgery,all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.869,20.228,23.689,P<0.05);the complication rate of observation group was 3.77%,which was lower than 36.54%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=16.802,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concepts during hip replacement in the elderly is beneficial to promote postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
