Based on the influence of the aging trend of the population, the base of patients with knee joint disease is gradually increasing.Without timely and effective treatment, patients will be unable to work and live normally due to pain intolerance, and even lose their ability to take care of themselves. It is clinically believed that the main cause of knee joint pain is osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, and it is mostly treated by artificial total knee arthroplasty to improve knee joint function and relieve pain symptoms. However, the operation of this treatment plan was difficult, and the risk of postoperative complications was higher for patients, such as prosthesis loosening, pressure sores, deep vein thrombosis, prosthesis dislocation, etc.,supplemented by necessary nursing interventions to improve the prognosis of patients Have an important impact. The integrated work model of specialized disease, medical care and nursing is currently a more popular nursing management plan, which requires specialized teams to provide patients with auxiliary services in terms of treatment, nursing, and rehabilitation. They had good work quality and safety. This time,to discuss the application and development of this model in artificial total knee arthroplasty, combined with existing research data, the review is carried out, aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel.
