工作单调性和社会支持与每日紧张感的关联研究 被引量:4

Correlation of job monotony and social support on daily hassle:a cross-sectional study based on natural gas field workers

摘要 目的探讨工作单调性和社会支持与每日紧张感的关联。方法采用方便抽样方法,于2018年10月纳入某天然气田1466名作业人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集人口学特征、工作单调性、社会支持和每日紧张感等信息。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析工作单调性、社会支持水平与每日紧张感的关联。结果1466名研究对象年龄为(44.47±8.0)岁,工龄为(20.46±5.77)年,来自产销部、处理厂、分公司、维保部和应急中心分别有258名(17.6%)、173名(11.8%)、799名(54.5%)、120名(8.2%)、116名(7.9%);工作单调性高、低水平者分别有374名(25.5%)、1092名(74.5%);社会支持高、中、低水平者分别有398名(27.1%)、648名(44.2%)、420名(28.6%);每日紧张感高、低水平者分别有464名(31.7%)、1002名(68.3%)。多因素logistic回归模型分析显示,与工作单调性低水平者相比,高水平者每日紧张感的发生风险较高(OR=4.83,P<0.001);与社会支持高水平者相比,中、低水平者每日紧张感的发生风险较高(OR=1.25、2.24,P均<0.05)。结论工作单调性、社会支持与每日紧张感均有关联。 Objective To explore the correlation of job monotony and social support on daily hassle.Methods A convenient sampling survey of demographics characteristics,job monotony,social support and daily hassle was conducted on 1466 natural gas field workers by questionnaire in October;2018.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation of job monotony and social support on daily hassle.Results The age of 1466 subjects was(44.47±8.0)years and the length of service was(20.46±5.77)years.There were 258(17.6%),173(11.8%),799(54.5%),120(8.2%)and 116(7.9%)subjects from production and marketing department,processing plant,branch,maintenance department and emergency center respectively.There were 374(25.5%)and 1092(74.5%)subjects with high and low level of job monotony,and 398(27.1%),648(44.2%)and 420(28.6%)subjects with high,middle and low level of social support.There were 464(31.7%)and 1002(68.3%)subjects with high and low daily tension respectively.Compared with the low level of job monotony,the high level of job monotony had a higher risk of daily hassle(OR=4.83,P<0.001),and compared with the high level of social support,the middle and low level of social support had a higher risk of daily hassle(OR=1.25,2.24,P<0.05).Conclusion Job monotony and social support were associated with daily hassle.
