A Study on the Evolution and Development of Charming TownBased on Complex Adaptive System

特色小镇是传统小城镇在转型升级中出现的新形态,是新型城镇化发展的新空间,在空间生产中具有高度聚合性和独立发展性,能有效推动经济高质量发展,已成为我国现代化的重要组成部分。引入复杂适应系统理论,从历史语境中探讨特色小镇的自适应性,剖析出特色小镇作为复杂自适应系统的关键主体,包括政府、农村集体经济组织、企业、金融机构与专业服务商及小镇居民;解析这些适应性主体的彼此作用过程;提出基于全生命周期和生态位的特色小镇复杂适应系统的适应性演化规律和竞争惯性轨迹.

Charming town is a new form during the transformation and upgrading of traditional small towns,which has a highdegree of aggregation and independent development in space production,and has become an important part of China’s modernization.This study introduces the theory of complex adaptive system,discusses the adaptive characteristics of charming towns from thehistorical contexts,and analyzes the key subjects of the adaptive system of charming towns,including governments,rural collectiveeconomic organizations,enterprises,financial institutions,professional service providers and small town residents.The interactionprocess of these adaptive subjects is analyzed.The adaptive evolution law and competitive inertia track of the complex adaptivesystem of charming towns based on the whole life cycle and niche are proposed.
