摘要
在冬奥会雪上场馆的建设过程中,为解决由于信息需求多样性和项目本身独特性所带来的BIM应用受阻问题,以张家口赛区和延庆赛区为调研对象,分析了雪上场馆项目全寿命期内各参与方对BIM的需求情况。结果表明:业主方密切关注项目全寿命期内各阶段BIM的应用,设计方与施工方对依托BIM的协同作业的配合程度要求较高,专项设计与构件生产方聚焦在更加专业细节的BIM功能。另外,体现冬奥特点的BIM特殊需求,因项目阶段和信息类型的不同存在较大差异性。这可为BIM辅助冬奥会雪上场馆项目的设计、施工和运营提供有效参考.
The diverse demand of information and the uniqueness of Winter Olympics snow sports venue projects hinder theapplication of BIM.To address this issue,this research analyzes the stakeholders’demand of BIM functions from a life cycleperspective by investigating Zhangjiakou and Yanqing game areas.The results show that the owners pay attention to the applicationof BIM in each stage of the project;the designers and contractors have more requirements for BIM-aided cooperation;and the specialdesigners and component manufacturers focus on professional and detailed BIM functions.In addition,it is found that the uniquedemand of BIM in the winter olympics is of a great difference in terms of project stages and information types.This study canprovide insights into the BIM-aided design,construction and operation of winter olympics snow sports venues.
