螺旋锥齿轮滚轧成形过程中的应力分析

摘要 采用有限元分析方法,模拟分析螺旋锥齿轮坯料咬合、滚压分齿、连续滚轧成形及滚轧整形4个过程中滚轧轮的应力分布。研究结果表明:在坯料咬合和分齿阶段,滚轧轮应力主要分布于齿顶位置;在连续滚轧成形阶段,滚轧轮应力由齿顶的位置逐渐扩展到齿根,并随着滚轧过程的进行逐渐增大;在整形阶段,滚轧轮与坯料的接触面积最大,滚轧轮应力主要集中在与坯料接触的两个齿,在齿顶处的接触应力较齿根处大。 A finite element analysis was made of the stress distribution of the rolling wheel in the process of billet engagement,gear splitting,rolling forming and rolling shaping of spiral bevel gear.The results show that the stress of the rolling wheel is mainly at the top of the tooth in occlusal stage and splitting stage,and gradually extends from the tooth top to the tooth root in continuous feed stage.It increases gradually with the rolling process to create the largest contact area between the rolling wheel and the billet in the shaping stage,while the stress of the rolling wheel concentrates on the two teeth contacting with the billet,with larger stress at the tooth top than that at the tooth root.
