摘要
新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)是一种使人呼吸道系统急性严重感染的单链RNA冠状病毒,通过对新型冠状病毒前沿研究进行总结,对新型冠状病毒的发现、分类、基因组和流行病学作了简单介绍,同时回顾了目前该病毒的检测技术。通过对该病毒的综述希望有助于深入了解该病毒的致病机制和免疫机理,促进抗病毒药物和疫苗的研发。
The novel Coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2),a single-stranded RNA Coronavirus,which causes acute and severe infection of the human respiratory system.It has caused huge losses to China and it is widely concerned in the world after the outbreak in Wuhan.The article summarizes the understanding of the research on the Coronaviruses in the world including discovery,classification,genome,traceability and epidemiology.In addition,the advanced progress about the Coronavirus technical inspection was also described.The review is expected to contribute to understanding of the pathogenic mechanism and immune mechanism about the Coronavirus and promotion of the development of antiviral drugs and vaccines.
