普通高校硕士研究生新生学习适应性调查研究 被引量:1

Investigation and analysis of the learning adaptability of freshman postgraduate in the general university

摘要 针对硕士研究生新生学习适应性问题,对湖北省三所普通高校344名2019级新生展开调查。结果表明,硕士新生在学习能力、学习动机、学习环境和教学模式上的表现呈正相关关系;硕士新生整体学习适应性水平一般;他们在是否为一志愿生、是否为学术硕士、是否为本专业生这三方面的学习适应性水平具有显著性差异,应届生和非应届生的学习适应性水平无显著差异;读研后,大多数新生自主投入学习的时间更多,但仍有些新生心理状态不佳。对此提出对策,帮助硕士新生逐渐实现过渡,提高学习适应性。 Regarding to the study adaptability of freshman postgraduate students,an investigation was conducted on 344 new postgraduates of 2019 in three general universities in Hubei Province.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the performance of master freshmen in learning ability,learning motivation,learning environment and teaching mode.The overall learning adaptability of master freshmen is medium;there is a significant difference in their learning adaptability between the three aspects of whether they are volunteers,academic masters,and original professional students,there is no significant difference in learning adaptability between fresh and non-fresh students.After studying for graduates,most freshmen devote more time to study autonomously,but some freshmen still have poor mental states.The suggestions are proposed to help freshmen postgraduate gradually realize the transition and improve learning adaptability.
