Assessment of sports fatigue in high-level blind football players by FCS

探讨基础体能筛查(FCS)对高水平盲人足球运动员运动疲劳的评估效度。采用试验测试法进行数据收集,并运用数理统计法与对比分析法对试验数据进行统计分析。研究结果表明:测试项目成绩与FCS筛查成绩波动规律一致;运动员运动疲劳自我评价结果与运动表现水平不完全一致,存在一定误差;运动员第三次筛查成绩最差与第三次血睾酮含量最低相吻合,证实了第三次筛查时运动员处于较为疲劳的状态。使用基础体能筛查(FCS)对高水平盲人足球运动员运动疲劳进行评估具有简单易行,省时省力,成本低,即刻知晓结果的优势,是一个具有较高效度的疲劳评估工具,但在一般盲人足球运动员人群中的通用性需要更多的测试案例来验证。

To explore the validity of Fundamental Capacity Screen(FCS)in evaluating sports fatigue of high-level blind football players.Methods:The data were collected by experiment and test,and they were analyzed by mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The results are as follows the results of test items are consistent with the fluctuation rules of FCS screening results;the results of athletes’self-evaluation of sports fatigue are not completely consistent with the level of sports performance,and there are some errors;the worst results of athletes’third screening are consistent with the lowest content of blood testosterone,which proves that the athletes are in a more fatigue state during the third screening.Using Fundamental Capacity Screen(FCS)to evaluate the sports fatigue of high-level blind football players has the advantages of being simple,time-saving,labor-saving,low cost,and knowing the results immediately.It is a tool with high validity to evaluate the fatigue of athletes,but its universality in the general blind football players needs more test cases to verify.
