哑铃型栓钉连接件受力性能分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统栓钉连接件的不足,提出一种受力性能好、经济性优的高性能哑铃型栓钉连接件。哑铃型栓钉连接件沿高度方向为变截面,栓钉根部一定高度范围内的直径大于钉身直径。为了对比分析哑铃型栓钉连接件与传统栓钉连接件的抗剪性能,采用有限元软件Abaqus的Explicit模块对3组不同参数的栓钉连接件进行抗剪分析,并进一步对比分析了材料用量。结果表明:传统栓钉连接件抗剪作用下应力和变形最大值均发生在其根部截面,距根部较远的截面对抗剪承载力的贡献较小;仅距根部H/6高度区域内加粗的哑铃型栓钉抗剪承载力为直径16 mm的传统型栓钉的2.17倍,可显著提高抗剪承载力;同等抗剪作用下,哑铃型栓钉的材料用量相比传统栓钉可减少40%以上,有效地提高了栓钉材料的利用率。 Based on the mechanical property of conventional stud connectors,a high-performance dumbbell-shaped stud connector that exhibits better load-bearing and economic performance is proposed.The cross-section of the dumbbell-shaped stud connector is not constant along the height,with wide root and tapered top.To compare and analyze the shear strength of the dumbbell-shaped and the conventional stud connectors,the Explicit module in Abaqus library is used to analyze the shearing behavior of three groups of stud connectors and material consumption.The results indicate that for the conventional stud connector,the maximum stress and deformation happen in the root cross-section under shearing forces,and the cross-section far from the root makes little contribution to the shear strength of stud connector.Thickened from the root to the height of H/6,the dumbbell-shaped stud connector presents shear strength that is 2.17 times of the 16 mm-diameter conventional stud connector,which can significantly improve the shear resistance of the structure.With equal shear strength,the dumbbell-shaped stud connector saves 40%of material consumed by the conventional stud connector,which effectively improve the material efficiency.
