摘要
通过红外光谱法、热裂解气质法、热重法、元素分析法等多种分析方法对三元乙丙复合橡胶(EPDM)制品的成分进行解析,测试结果表明:热裂解气质分析结果可有效保障红外光谱法有机成分分析结果的准确性,热重分析法可以获得升温程序下的组分失重结果,元素分析法可以提供EPDM橡胶中元素的信息。结合相关文献推断添加剂成分,多种设备结合的分析方法可以实现快速识别并判断EPDM橡胶中的成分及比例。该种分析方法也可以用于未知样品的鉴别和生产质量的监控。
The composition of EPDM products was analyzed by means of infrared spectroscopy,pyrolysis gas chromatography,thermogravimetric analysis and element analysis.The results show that the pyrolysis gas chromatography can effectively guarantee the accuracy of the organic component analysis results of the infrared spectroscopy,the thermogravimetric analysis can provide the results of component weight loss under the heating program,and the element analysis can provide the information of the elements in EPDM rubber.The relevant literature is combined to deduce the additive composition.The analysis method combined with many kinds of equipment can realize rapid identification and judgment of the composition and proportion of EPDM rubber.The method can be used for identification of unknown samples and monitoring of production quality.
