摘要
某试采平台自投产以来,高效分离器的油相出口含水率长期偏高,不但增加了下游电脱水器等设备的处理压力,而且增加了现场操作人员的工作量及设备日常操作的风险性。初期曾经不断提高化学药剂的使用量,但高效分离器油室出口含水率依然偏高。平台生产人员通过现场使用情况调查及数据收集,分析油水界面的影响、介质温度的影响、电场强度的影响、设备腐蚀穿孔的影响、化学药剂注入浓度的影响,最终采取液位计改造、优化药剂注入点两项措施,有效降低了高效分离器油室出口含水率,实现了工艺流程稳定、安全、高效。
Since a trial production platform was put into operation,the water content at the oil phase outlet of the highefficiency separator has been on the high side for a long time,which not only increases the treatment pressure of the downstream electric dehydrator and other equipment,but also increases the workload of the field operators and the risk of daily operation of the equipment.At the initial stage,the use of chemical agents was continuously increased,but the water content at the outlet of the oil chamber of the high-efficiency separator was still on the high side.Through the field investigation and data collection,the platform production personnel analyzed the influence of oil-water interface,medium temperature,electric field strength,equipment corrosion and perforation and chemical agent injection concentration.Finally,two measures were taken,namely,transforming the liquid level gauge and optimizing the agent injection point,which effectively reduced the oil content at the outlet of the oil chamber of the high-efficiency separator and realized the stable,safe and efficient process flow.
