摘要
某油田的气浮选器采用回流加压式溶气气浮工艺,利用微气泡的黏附作用与悬浮物形成气载絮体,使其在浮力作用下上浮到液相表面进行聚集后,通过顶部收油实现水质净化。在运行过程中,由于气浮选器的微气泡产生效果不佳以及液位不稳定,导致其水相出口悬浮物含量超标而影响注水水质。通过微气泡发生器注气流程优化改造、核桃壳供给泵出口增加自动流量调节阀两项技术改造措施的实施,彻底解决了该问题。
Reflux pressurized dissolved air flotation is used in an oil field air flotation separator,which mainly uses the adhesion of microbubbles to form airborne flocs with suspended solids.The airborne flocs float up to the surface of liquid phase under the effect of buoyancy,and the water quality is purified by collecting oil at the top.In the process of operation,due to the poor effect of microbubbles and unstable liquid level of the air flotation separator,the suspended solids content at the outlet of water phase exceeds the standard,which affects the water quality of water injection.The problem was solved thoroughly by optimizing the gas injection process of microbubble generator and adding automatic flow control valve at the outlet of walnut shell supply pump.
