摘要
核桃壳过滤器在海洋石油开采中应用广泛,是污水处理系统的重要组成部分,具有亲水疏油、脱附能力强、再生能力强和化学稳定性好等特点。但在实际应用中发现,核桃壳过滤器存在内部滤料漏失情况,进而导致其污水处理效果不佳,出水水质不达标。通过研究和分析,发现核桃壳过滤器滤料漏失的主要原因是内部结构不合理,就此提出了内部优化方案并实施改造,从根本上解决了滤料漏失问题,并为类似故障的排除和预防积累了经验。
Walnut shell filter is widely used in the offshore oil exploitation,and is an important part of production sewage treatment system.It has the characteristics of hydrophilicity and oleophobicity,strong desorption ability,strong regeneration ability and good chemical stability.However,in practical application,it was found that the leakage of internal filter material existed in walnut shell filter,which led to poor sewage treatment effect and substandard effluent quality.Through the research and analysis,it was found that the main reason for the leakage of walnut shell filter is the unreasonable internal structure.Therefore,the internal optimization scheme was put forward and the transformation was implemented,which fundamentally solved the problem of filter material leakage,and accumulated experience for the elimination and prevention of similar faults.
