《北京水务年鉴》“互联网+”出版探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of“Internet Plus”Publishing of Beijing Water Yearbook

分析《北京水务年鉴》办刊工作中传统编纂方式的困扰和不足,如特约编辑和撰稿人流动性大、撰稿部门地域分散性强,收发稿件滞后性突出、原稿质量参差不齐,统一标准亟待形成及栏目条目数量众多,清点稿件工序繁琐等,结合在信息化、网络化方面的初步探索和实践,探讨“互联网+地方行业年鉴”相结合的方式,其中包括构建协同编辑平台、寻求合作与发展、探索互动模式、数据库上线、创建微信公众号等,谋求改革创新,弘扬传统水利文化,旨在创造性地传播新时期水利改革发展的信息和成就。

The difficulties and shortcomings of traditional compilation methods in the publication of Beijing Water Yearbook,such as high mobility of special editors and contributors,strong regional dispersion of writing departments,prominent hysteresis in sending and receiving manuscripts,uneven quality of original manuscripts,urgent need to form a unified standard,a large number of columns and items and tedious process of counting manuscripts are analyzed.Combined with the preliminary exploration and practice in informationization and networking,this paper discusses how to organically combine“Internet+Local Industry Yearbook”,such as building the collaborative editing platform,seeking cooperation and development,exploring the interactive mode,launching database,creating the WeChat official account and so on,seeking reform and innovation,and carrying forward the traditional water conservancy culture,aiming to creatively spreading information and achievements on water conservancy reform and development in the new era.
