基于范围与功能区调整的国家湿地公园保护浅论——以贵阳阿哈湖国家湿地公园为例

Analysis on the protection of national wetland park based on adjustment of scope and functional zone:taking Guiyang Aha Lake National Wetland Park as an example

我国国家湿地公园规划、管理及保护水平不断提高,但部分湿地公园的管理依然存在明显的局限性和不合理性,导致公园管理与现实需要、环境协同发展产生偏差。基于湿地保护管理与生态系统平衡的需要,有必要对现有湿地范围和功能区做出科学调整。以贵阳阿哈湖国家湿地公园为例分析了湿地公园范围及功能区调整的必要性与方法,旨在为湿地公园范围调整与管理决策提供参考。

The level of planning,management and protection of national wetland parks has been continuously improved in China,but the management of some wetland parks still has obvious limitations and irrationality,leading to deviations between management and actual needs and the coordinated development of the environment.Based on the needs of wetland protection and management and the balance of ecosystems,it is necessary to make scientific adjustments to the scope and functional zones of existing wetlands.Taking Guiyang Aha Lake National Wetland Park as an example,the necessity and methods of wetland park scope and functional area adjustment were analyzed in this paper,which aims to provide reference for wetland park scope adjustment and management decision-making.
