This paper comprehensively expounds the development process of forestry carbon sink in China,summarizes the beneficial experience and precautions through the analysis of key points of project development,discusses the situation of forestry carbon sink transaction from the perspective of demand end,supply end and risk in combination with the characteristics of forestry carbon sink project in the development process of carbon market in China,analyzes the risks faced by forestry carbon sink transaction from the perspective of policy and market,and finally proposes countermeasures and suggestions to provide a good way in order to achieve low-cost emission reduction of the whole society.
