城市史视域下的第一战区长官司令部驻洛阳研究

A Study of the Headquarters of the Commanders of the First WarZone in Luoyang from the Perspective of Urban History

全国性抗日战争爆发后,第一战区长官司令部入驻洛阳。这既与洛阳自身的战略价值有关,也进一步提升了洛阳的战略价值。第一战区长官司令部入驻洛阳后,促使洛阳成为国民政府在中原的军事、政治、文化中心,同时也在洛阳战时城市治理,如社会治安、社会民生和社会风俗等方面的改善中发挥重要作用,当然也对洛阳的城市发展有一些负面影响。第一战区长官司令部驻洛从一个侧面反映出抗战时期军事机关与驻地城市之间的多维互动。

After the outbreak of the National War of Anti-Japanese War,the headquarters of the commanders of the first war zone were stationed in Luoyang.This has to do with Luoyang’s own strategic value,which has been further enhanced by the headquarters.The arrival of the headquarters in Luoyang helped turn Luoyang into a military,political,and Cultural Center for National Government of the Republic of China in the central plains.The headquarters also played an important role in the improvement of Luoyang’s urban governance,such as social order,people’s livelihood and social customs.The headquarters in Luoyang has had some negative effects on urban development.The headquarters in Luoyang reflects from one side the multidimensional interaction between the military organs and the resident cities during the Anti-Japanese War.
