摘要
采用中红外(MIR)光谱开展了一次性口罩材料的结构研究,发现一次性口罩熔喷布(包括白色内侧和蓝色外侧)和鼻梁条的化学结构为聚丙烯(PP),而松紧绳的化学结构为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)。进一步开展了一次性口罩材料的变温红外(TD-MIR)光谱研究,发现随着测定温度的升高(303~393 K),一次性口罩熔喷布(白色内侧)和松紧绳的主要官能团对应的吸收频率和强度都有一定的改变。以一次性口罩熔喷布(白色内侧)δs CH 3-熔喷布-二维和松紧绳νC=O-松紧绳-二维为研究对象,进一步开展了二维中红外(2D-MIR)光谱研究工作,发现在303~393 K,熔喷布(白色内侧)和松紧绳的热稳定性降低,并进一步研究了其热变机制。
The material structure of disposable mask had been studied by infrared spectroscopy(MIR).The mask melt-blown nonwovens(including white medial and blue lateral)and nose bridge tape material were polypropylene(PP).The elastic rope material were poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET).Temperature-dependent infrared(TD-MIR)spectroscopy of mask melt-blown nonwovens(white medial)and elastic rope were also researched.As the temperature increased(303~393 K),the corresponding frequency and intensity of mask material had changed obviously.The two-dimensional infrared(2D-MIR)spectroscopy of mask melt-blown nonwovens(white medial)δs CH 3-melt-blown nonwovens-2D and elastic ropeνC=O-elastic rope-2D were discussed.With the increase of the temperature(303~393 K),the thermal stability of mask melt-blown nonwovens(white medial)and elastic rope reduced and the mechanism of thermal stability was further surveyed.
