孟津矿穿层抽采孔漏气原因分析及封孔工艺改进

摘要 针对孟津煤矿底板巷穿层抽采钻孔漏气问题进行研究分析,发现所用的“两堵一注”封孔技术存在封孔连管漏气接口多、爆破阀可靠性差等缺陷。在此基础上对封孔工艺进行了改进,将原2 m/根的丝接式封孔管改为整根PE通管,并通过增设一趟注浆管去掉爆破阀。现场应用实验结果表明:改进后的封孔新工艺有效减少了穿层抽采钻孔漏气,提高了抽采浓度和抽采效果,对煤矿的瓦斯抽采与瓦斯事故防治具有重要的借鉴意义。 Sealing quality is the key to gas drainage.Aiming at the problem of air leakage in the layer-through gas drainage borehole of Mengjin coal mine,the cause is studied and analyzed.It is found that there are some defects in the sealing technology,such as many air leakages interfaces and poor reliability of the blasting valve.For this reason,the original sealing pipe of 2 meters long each was changed to whole PE pipe,and the blasting valve was removed.The field application results show that the new technology of whole pipe“two plugging and two injection”sealing technology effectively reduces the air leakage of the layer-through drainage hole and improves the extraction concentration and effect,which is of great significance for gas drainage and control in coal mine.
