摘要
综合利用SolidWorks、EON两种软件创建液压支架三维虚拟模型,遵循液压支架机构运动特征规律,采用JavaScript脚本语言对虚拟模型进行机构运动学编程,同时实时采集实体液压支架运动部件的状态数据,设计了一套通过以太网进行数据传输的液压支架三维可视化监测系统,对煤矿综采工作面远程监测的研究有一定的参考意义。
The 3D virtual model of hydraulic support was created by SolidWorks software and EON virtual reality software.The virtual model was programmed by JavaScript scripting language,which described the motion characteristics of hydraulic support mechanism.Status data of key moving parts of solid hydraulic support was measured in real time.A set of 3D visual system of hydraulic support was designed with the Ethernet data transmission.The system provides a certain reference significance for the study of remote monitoring system of the fully mechanized coal face.
