5000 t公务船调距桨桨叶数选型研究

摘要 针对国内外调距桨桨叶数选型依靠经验为主,对不同桨叶数对推进器整体性能的影响始终缺乏定量分析的现状,以某5000 t公务船为目标船型,通过调距桨分别配置不同的桨叶数,分析不同桨叶数对目标船型综合性能的影响。总结了公务船调距桨桨叶数选型的方法,归纳了不同叶数调距桨的优劣,可为后续新造船桨叶数的选取提供参考。 At present,the blade number selection of controllable pitch propellers still relies mainly on experience both at home and abroad,and there is always a lack of quantitative analysis on the influence of different blade numbers on the overall performance of thrusters.Taking a 5000 t public service ship as the target ship type,the influence of different blade numbers on the comprehensive performance of the target ship type was analyzed by means of controllable pitch propeller configured with different blade numbers.The selection method of blade number for public service ships was summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of controllable pitch propellers with different blade number were concluded,which can provide a reference for the selection of blade number of new buildings.
