摘要
成果导向教育是一种基于“学习产出”的教育改革理念,自问世以来被广泛应用于医学人才培养的实践中。中国医科大学自开设康复治疗学专业以来,即以成果导向教育理念为指导,组织实施该专业的课程体系设计、教学计划安排和专业教师配置。基于成果导向教育理念,高校毕业生的就业情况应作为评价高校专业人才培养水平的重要依据。本文以中国医科大学康复治疗学专业82名毕业生的就业为视角,对本专业人才培养过程展开思考,认为高校应在人才培养过程中“明确培养目标、增强专业信心、优化课程体系、注重实践教学、注重能力培养和拓宽就业方向”。
Outcome-based Education is a kind of educational reform concept based on“learning output”,which has been widely applied in the practice of medical personnel training since it came into being.Guided by the concept,China Medical University implemented the curriculum system design,teaching plan arrangement and professional teacher allocation of rehabilitation therapeutics from the inception of this specialty.Based on the concept,the employment situation of graduates should be used as an important basis for evaluating the personnel training level of colleges and universities.We made an exploration about the personnel training of rehabilitation therapeutics from the perspective of employment of 82 rehabilitation therapeutics graduates of China Medical University,which implied that we should pay more attention to the following six aspects:clearing training objectives,strengthening specialty confidence,optimizing the curriculum system,focusing on practical teaching and ability training,and broadening employment orientation in the course of personnel training.
