基层青年医师对新冠肺炎疫情下医学教育的思考

Thinking of Young Clinicians from Primary Hospital on Medical Education under the Epidemic Situation

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情作为一场突发公共卫生事件持续至今,对医疗行业与医学教育提出了更高的要求。笔者作为一名基层医院的低年资医师,结合一线抗疫工作实践,总结基层医院疫情防控工作中的不足,思考疫情下青年医学教育的改革。今后需要加大公共卫生以及预防医学专业的规模,并突出以实践为导向的教育培养体系,从而能应对各种突发公共卫生事件;加强本科多维度化、博学化教育方案;规范基层医疗系统青年医师各方面的能力,积极推动住院医师规范化培训,重视全科医学专业人才,培养现代化、全方面、“跨界、合作、融合”复合式精英医学人才队伍。

The Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia as a sudden public health incident,which has put forward higher requirements for the medical industry and medical education.As a resident doctor in a primary hospital,I have continued to work in the field of anti-epidemic work,summed up the deficiencies of the epidemic prevention and control,and considered the reform of medical education under the epidemic.In the future,it is necessary to increase the scale of public health and preventive medicine,and highlight the practice-oriented education system,so as to be able to respond to various public health emergencies.The medical college should strengthen the multi-dimensional program for undergraduates.Primary hospitals should standardize young clinicians’various abilities.The national medical system should also pay attention to general practitioner and move closer to the goal of cultivating a modern,comprehensive,“cross-border,cooperative,integrated”team of elite medical talents.
