摘要
目的了解护理专科学生Kolb学习风格类型分布情况,并分析其影响因素,为开展教学改革以及因材施教提供依据。方法采用Kolb学习风格量表对490名护理专科学生进行调查。结果护理专科学生Kolb学习风格类型中发散型占47.1%,吸收型占44.9%,聚合型占4.7%,调节型占3.3%;具体经验得分为(27.29±6.328)分,反思观察得分为(35.43±4.639)分,抽象概念得分为(30.19±5.382)分,主动实践得分为(26.97±5.804)分;性别、民族和家人对学习护理的态度是护理专科生学习风格的主要影响因素。结论护理专科学生主导型学习风格是发散型和吸收型;护理专科学生感知信息能力较强,但主动实践能力较弱。
Objective To understand the distribution and influencing factor of Kolb learning style among nursing specialist students,and to provide reference for quality teaching.Methods 490 nursing specialist students were investigated by Kolb learning style scale.Results The Kolb learning style of nursing students accounted for 47.1% of diverging type,44.9% of assimilating type,4.7% of converging type,and 3.3% of accommodating type;The score of specific experience was(27.29±6.328)points,the score of reflective observation was(35.43±4.639),the score of abstract concept was(30.19±5.382),and the score of active practice was(26.97±5.804).Gender,nationality and family’s attitude towards learning nursing are the main influencing factors for the learning style of nursing specialist students.Conclusion The leading learning style of nursing specialist students is divergent and absorbing.Nursing students have strong perceptual information ability but weak active practice ability.
