PBL线上教学在口腔医学专业理论课教学中的实践 被引量:12

摘要 近年来口腔医学专业以情景病例分析为基础的PBL教学为医学生从理论学习到临床实践的转变起到良好承接作用。疫情防控期间,线上PBL教学在课程前期安排、课堂讨论、课后小组协作等方面均面临巨大挑战。本文通过回顾不同PBL教学模式,结合设计调查问卷采集口腔医院本科四年级学生对教室内以及网络在线两种PBL上课方式的教学效果评价结果展开探索。从线上PBL授课优势、影响高质量PBL教学效果的因素及PBL在线教学未来可借鉴的改革措施三个方面进行总结分析,以期为未来口腔PBL教学改进提供新的思路。 In recent years,the Problem-based Learning in combination with situational case analysis has played an essential role in the transition for medical students from theoretical study to clinical practice.PBL online teaching has faced great challenges in the aspects of pre-course arrangement,class discussion and group cooperation after-class during the prevention and control period of the new epidemic.This paper performed a review of different PBL teaching modes and assessed the effects of classroom and PBL online teaching modes via a questionnaire survey of the fourth-grade undergraduate students in college of stomatology.The advantages of PBL online teaching modes,factors affecting the effect of achieving high-quality PBL teaching,and the reform measures that can be used of PBL online teaching improvement were analyzed and summarized.The exploration and practice of PBL online teaching under the background of novel coronavirus epidemic will provide some new ideas for the improvement of PBL teaching in the future.
