多元化教学模式在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 住院医师规范化培训是提高临床医师医疗水平的重要阶段,神经病学作为逻辑性、专业性及操作性强的学科,疾病谱系众多,诊治进展日新月异,知识点不易掌握。针对住院医师的培训需要贴合疾病特点及最新进展制定合适的教学方法。我们神经内科教学组尝试根据不同疾病特点采取PBL、CBL及“BASE+CASE”课堂等教学法,突出临床思维建设、科研底蕴培养、实践经验积累,使学生切实掌握神经科常见疾病的诊治及急症的处理,提升神经科教学的内涵及质量。经问卷调查评估发现多元化教学在建立临床逻辑思维、促进全面掌握理论知识、拓宽知识面、创新实践能力及提升医患沟通能力等医学人文素养方面学员最为满意。 Standardized resident training is an important stage to improve the medical level of clinicians.Neurology,as a discipline with high logic,professionalism and operability,has numerous disease pedigree and rapid progress in diagnosis and treatment,so it is not easy to master.Therefore,standardized resident training needs to develop appropriate teaching methods in line with the characteristics and latest progress of diseases.Department of Neurology Teaching Group tries to adopt teaching methods such as PBL,CBL and“BASE+CASE”classroom,according to different diseases and highlighting the construction of clinical thinking,scientific research background,and practical experience,so that students can effectively possess the diagnosis and treatment of common neurological diseases and emergency treatment,furthermore,it can improve the connotation and quality of neurological teaching.The questionnaire survey found that the students were most satisfied with establishing clinical logical thinking,widening the depth and width of knowledge,innovative practical ability and improving doctor-patient communication skills.
