广角视网膜照相系统在眼科早产儿视网膜病变筛查教学实践中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 探讨广角视网膜照相系统在眼科早产儿视网膜病变筛查教学实践中的应用,使用新生儿数字化广域眼底成像系统RetcamIII对来我院进行早产儿视网膜病变筛查的患儿进行常规眼底拍摄,获得清晰的图像,以及在拍摄过程中进行动态演示教学,对需要从事早产儿视网膜病变筛查工作的眼科临床医师进行培训,并且通过与传统的双目间接眼底镜下进行早产儿视网膜病变筛查对比,考核两者的教学效果及眼科临床医师学习成长曲线。与传统的双目间接眼底镜下进行早产儿视网膜病变筛查对比,广角视网膜照相系统采集图像清晰,结合动态演示教学,能够清晰展示早产儿视网膜病变的特点及范围,操作时间更短,明显降低了患儿的相关风险,提高了眼科临床医师的学习信心、学习兴趣及学习效率,明显缩短了学习成长曲线。 To explore the application of wide field digital pediatric retinal imaging system in ophthalmologist training in the teaching of retinopathy screening in preterm infants.RetcamIII was used to take regular fundus photos of the children who came to our hospital for the screening of retinopathy of prematurity,obtain clear images,and conduct dynamic demonstration teaching during the shooting process,train the ophthalmologists who need to be engaged in the screening of retinopathy of prematurity,and carry out the screening of retinopathy of prematurity under the traditional binocular indirect ophthalmoscope The teaching effect and learning growth curve of ophthalmologists were compared.Compared with the traditional indirect binocular fundoscopy for the screening of retinopathy of prematurity,the image collected by RetcamIII is clear.Combined with dynamic demonstration teaching,it can clearly show the characteristics and scope of retinopathy of prematurity.The operation time is shorter,which significantly reduces the risk of children,improves the learning confidence,interest and efficiency of ophthalmologists,and significantly shortens the learning efficiency Learning growth curve.Wide field digital pediatric retinal imaging system has the advantages of high efficiency,low risk and good teaching effect in the teaching practice of retinopathy screening of prematurity trained by ophthalmologists,which significantly increases the learning confidence of ophthalmologists and shortens the learning growth curve.
