摘要
微素养是微时代全体公民都应具备的一种能力,是人们认识、分析、使用、传播微平台信息的能力素养。当前,公民的微素养现状不容乐观,具体表现在:公民信息甄别能力有限,独立批判思维欠缺,行为责任意识淡薄,道德观念失范。其原因主要为公民自身局限,微媒介环境本身复杂多元,微素养教育滞后以及应对微媒介能力低下。提升公民微素养就需构建微空间社会主义核心价值观话语权,加大微平台监管与整治力度,坚守微素养的教育主阵地,实现微素养培育常态化,正视微媒介联结模式的转变。
The so-called micro-literacy is a kind of ability that all citizens should have in the micro age,and it refers to the ability of people to recognize,analyze,use,and disseminate information on micro-platforms.At present,the current micro-literacy status of citizens is not optimistic.The specific manifestations are as follows:the citizen’s ability to identify information is limited,the independent critical thinking is lacking,ethics and the awareness of behavioral responsibility is weak.The main reasons are the citizen’s own limitations,the complex and diverse micro-media environment itself,and the lagging of micro-literacy education.To cope with the low ability of micro-media and to improve citizens’ micro-literacy,we need to build the right to speak of the core values of socialism in micro-space,strengthen the supervision and management of micro-platforms,adhere to the main position of micro-literacy education,achieve normalization of micro-literacy cultivation and face the transformation of the micro-media connection model.
