Zr对EH36船板显微组织和冲击性能的影响研究

摘要 以普通EH36和含Zr的EH36船板为研究对象,通过焊接热模拟试验机分别制备热模拟试样,借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜、全自动摆锤试验机进行显微组织观察和冲击性能测定,分析Zr对EH36船板组织、冲击性能的影响。结果表明,在大线能量焊接条件下,添加Zr可有效抑制焊接热模拟板晶粒尺寸的长大,细化EH36船板焊接热模拟板的晶粒尺寸,减缓由于大线能量焊接导致的韧性恶化。 Taking common EH36 and the EH36 ship plate containing Zr as the research objects,the thermal simulation samples were prepared by welding thermal simulation testing machine,and the microstructure and impact properties of EH36 ship plate were observed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and automatic pendulum tester,the effect of Zr on the microstructure and impact properties of EH36 ship plate was analyzed.The results show that in the condition of high heat input welding,adding Zr can effectively restrain the grain size growth of welding thermal simulation plate,refine the grain size of EH36 ship plate welding thermal simulation plate,and slow down the toughness deterioration caused by high heat input welding.
