摘要
近年来,肿瘤的发病率和死亡率在全球范围内均呈上升趋势,肿瘤已成为危害人类健康和导致人类死亡的首要疾病,肿瘤的防治成为医学工作者面临的一项巨大挑战。面对这一严峻形势,加速培养肿瘤学专业人才,为肿瘤的临床诊治提供更多优秀的专科医生是当务之急。医学本科生是未来临床工作的中坚力量,因此在医学本科生的教学中应当对肿瘤学给予高度重视,完善肿瘤学教学体系,帮助学生系统性学习肿瘤学知识、培养学生肿瘤多学科综合诊治临床思维,并为医学生未来的临床实习以及专科工作指引方向。但是,我国的肿瘤学教学目前仍旧存在着诸多问题亟需解决。本文就我国医学本科生肿瘤学的教学现状予以阐述,并探讨可能有效的改革方法,以期为肿瘤学相关人才及肿瘤学领域卓越医学人才的培养奠定基础,为推动肿瘤学教学的发展提供参考。
In recent years,the incidence and mortality of tumors have shown an upward trend in the world,tumor has become the primary disease that endangers human health and leads to human death.The prevention and treatment of tumors has become a great challenge for medical workers.In the face of this severe situation,it is urgent to speed up the training of oncology professionals and provide more excellent specialists for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors.Medical undergraduates are the backbone of clinical work in the future,so we should attach great importance to oncology in the teaching of medical undergraduates,perfect the teaching system of oncology,help students systematically learn the knowledge of oncology,cultivate students'clinical thinking of multi-disciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of tumors,and guide the future clinical practice and specialized work of medical students.However,there are still many problems to be solved in oncology teaching in China.This paper expounds the present situation of oncology teaching for undergraduates in medical colleges and universities in China,and probes into the possible effective reform methods in order to lay a foundation for the cultivation of oncology related talents and outstanding medical talents in oncology field,and to provide reference for promoting the development of oncology teaching.
