他汀类药物对轻度胆固醇升高冠心病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响研究

Study on the effects of statins on coronary atherosclerotic plaque in patients with mild elevated cholesterol and coronary heart disease

目的:研究他汀类药物治疗轻度胆固醇升高冠心病患者的价值。方法:2017年4月-2019年4月收治轻度胆固醇升高冠心病患者65例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规药物;试验组采用他汀类药物。比较两组临床疗效、斑块变化、血脂水平。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组斑块变化情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血脂水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:他汀类药物治疗轻度胆固醇升高冠心病患者对改善血脂,降低斑块厚度及数量效果更理想。

Objective:To study the value of statins in the treatment of coronary heart disease with mild elevated cholesterol.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2019,65 patients with coronary heart disease and mild elevated cholesterol were selectged,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The experimental group was treated with statins.The clinical efficacy,plaque changes and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of plaque in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of blood lipid in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Statins are more effective in improving blood lipids and reducing plaque thickness and number in patients with mild elevated cholesterol and coronary heart disease。
