复方制剂缬沙坦氨氯地平对高血压的治疗疗效药学分析

Pharmacologic analysis of the therapeutic effect on compound preparation of valsartan amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension

目的:分析复方制剂缬沙坦氨氯地平对高血压治疗效果的药学分析。方法:2018年11月-2019年11月收治高血压合并心血管疾病患者236例,随机分为两组,各118例。研究组给予缬沙坦氨氯地平治疗;对照组给予氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗后血压变化情况、血压达标率及并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗后收缩压及舒张压水平均显著明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血压达标率显著高于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方制剂的缬沙坦氨氯地平在对高血压疾病进行治疗和防控时,能有效改善患者血压及血脂水平。

Objective:To analyze the pharmacologic analysis of the therapeutic effect of compound preparation of valsartan amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,236 patients with hypertension combined with cardiovascular disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 118 cases in each group.The study group was treated with valsartan amlodipine.The control group was treated with amlodipine combined with metoprolol.The blood pressure changes,blood pressure reaching rate and complication rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure reaching rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound preparation of valsartan amlodipine can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood lipid level of patients in the treatment and prevention of hypertension.
