稽留流产应用米非司酮合并米索前列醇与人工流产效果比较分析

Comparative analysis of the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on missed abortion and induced abortion

目的:比较分析稽留流产应用米非司酮合并米索前列醇与人工流产的效果。方法:2017年2月-2019年2月收治确诊且明确需求稽留流产的患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。A组采用药物流产方法;B组采用人工流产方法。比较两组手术时间、出血量、妊娠物排出时间和应用效果。结果:A组手术时间、出血量和妊娠物排出时间均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组临床总有效率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对稽留流产患者采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行药物流产,具有更好的应用效果。

Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on missed abortion and induced abortion.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2019,120 patients with confirmed and clearly needed missed abortion were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.Group A underwent medical abortion.Group B underwent induced abortion.Operation time,blood loss volume,pregnancy excretion time and application effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,blood loss volume and pregnancy excretion time of group A were all lower than group B,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of group A was significantly higher than group B,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical abortion was carried out with mifepristone combined with misoprostol for patients who had missed abortion has better application effect.
