探讨适度产程干预对产妇产程及阴道分娩的影响

Exploration on the effect of moderate labor intervention on maternal labor and vaginal delivery

目的:探讨适度产程干预对产妇产程和阴道分娩结果的影响。方法:2017年3月-2019年9月收治产妇82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予适度产程干预。比较两组护理效果和分娩结局。结果:试验组第一产程时间及第二产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇会阴完整率高于对照组,Ⅱ度裂伤率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产后不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇在分娩期间,适度产程干预可以缩短产程时间、保护会阴组织,减少产后不良事件。

Objective:To investigate the effect of moderate labor intervention on maternal labor and vaginal delivery.Methods:From March 2017 to September 2019,82 cases of maternity were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the experimental group was given moderate labor intervention.The nursing effect and delivery outcome of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of first and second labor in the experimental group were shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of incomplete perineum in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the percentage of second degree laceration was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postpartum adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During delivery period,moderate labor intervention can shorten labor time,protect perineal tissues and reduce postpartum adverse events.
