屈光不正误诊病例21例原因分析

Cause analysis of 21 misdiagnosed cases of ametropia

目的:探讨屈光不正的临床误诊原因及临床治疗。方法:选取屈光不正误诊患者21例,针对误诊的原因、过程和特点进行分析,针对误诊病症进行诊断和鉴别诊断;提出在工作中避免屈光不正误诊的各种方法措施。结果:对21例误诊病例进行研究分析,给予相关的针对性治疗,效果良好。结论:在临床工作中,临床医生要仔细询问病史,并加强对本病的重视,做到详细全面检查,最大程度减少误诊的发生。

Objective:To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis and clinical treatment of ametropia.Methods:21 patients with misdiagnosis of ametropia were selected,we analyzed the causes,process and characteristics of misdiagnosis,for the misdiagnosed diseases,we made diagnosis and differential diagnosis.We put forward various methods and measures to reduce the misdiagnosis of ametropia.Results:21 cases of misdiagnosis were studied and analyzed,and relevant targeted treatment was given,and the effect was good.Conclusion:In clinical work,clinicians should carefully ask the history of the disease,and strengthen the importance of the disease,do a detailed and comprehensive examination,so as to minimize the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
