神经康复机械手强化训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能恢复的影响

Exploration of the influence of intensive training of neurorehabilitation manipulator on the recovery of upper limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探究神经康复机械手强化训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能恢复的影响。方法:2018年2月-2019年8月收治脑卒中偏瘫患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组采用常规康复治疗;观察组在常规康复治疗基础上应用神经康复机械手强化训练。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后上肢运动功能(Fugl-Meyer)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者运用神经康复机械手强化训练后,能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者上肢运动功能,同时还能够明显提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of intensive training of neurorehabilitation manipulator on the recovery of upper limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:From February 2018 to August 2019,62 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 patients in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment.Observation group received intensive training of neurorehabilitation manipulator on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of upper limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer)after treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were all higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intensive training of neurorehabilitation manipulator in stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the motor function of the upper limbs,and also significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
