疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of Shufeng Jiedu capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia

目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治CAP患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予抗生素治疗;观察组给予疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,肺部炎症病灶吸收率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主要临床症状恢复时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后降钙素原(PCT)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见不良反应发生。结论:疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗CAP,能有效减轻患者临床症状,缩短住院时间,加速感染指标水平的恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,120 patients with CAP were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics.The observation group was given Shufeng Jiedu capsule combined with antibiotics.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the absorption rate of pulmonary inflammatory lesions was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of main clinical symptoms and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of CAP can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and accelerate the recovery of infection indicator levels.
