中医推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of traditional Chinese massage manipulation on lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨中医推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:2019年1-12月收治腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组使用针灸疗法治疗;研究组采用中医推拿手法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后腰背伸展状态下峰力矩(PT)、平均功率(AP)及腰背屈/伸比值(F/E)等肌群力学性能指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后腰背和下肢功能状态各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症采用中医推拿手法治疗,不仅操作便捷、见效快、疗程短,患者易接受,而且有利于患者腰背伸肌的康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese massage manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From January to December 2019,90 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese massage manipulation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The mechanical properties of muscle groups such as the peak torque(PT),average power(AP)and low back of flexion/extension ratio(F/E)of the study group were better than those of the control group in the back extension state after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of functional status of back and lower limbs after treatment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar disc herniation by traditional Chinese massage manipulation is not only convenient,quick,short course of treatment,easy for patients to accept,but also beneficial to the recovery of lumbar extensor muscle,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
