摘要
目的:探讨翻转课堂在心血管内科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月心血管内科护理实习生60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规实习带教;试验组采用翻转课堂教学。比较两组带教效果。结果:试验组教学后护理技能评分和护理知识评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对心血管内科护理实习生进行培训时,采用翻转课堂教学模式,能够让实习生更快更好地了解相关护理知识,掌握护理技能,且教学满意度更高,具有极高应用价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom in nursing practice teaching in cardiovascular internal medicine department.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,60 cases of nursing interns in cardiovascular internal medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional practice teaching.The experimental group adopted flipped classroom teaching.The teaching effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of nursing skills and nursing knowledge after teaching in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the training of nursing interns in cardiovascular internal medicine department,the flipped classroom teaching mode can enable interns to understand relevant nursing knowledge faster and better,master nursing skills,and teaching satisfaction is higher,which has high application value.
