非那雄胺治疗前列腺增生的疗效及护理体会

The curative effect and nursing experience of finasteride in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia

目的:研究非那雄胺治疗前列腺增生的疗效及护理体会。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治前列腺增生患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。A组给予非那雄胺治疗;B组给予盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗;同时,两组均给予针对性护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:A组治疗总有效率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组用药后各项临床症状积分均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组用药后残余尿量及国际前列腺评分(IPSS)均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非那雄胺治疗前列腺增生的疗效明显;同时联合护理干预,能够迅速减轻相关症状,降低残余尿量,减少并发症的产生。

Objective:To study the curative effect and nursing experience of finasteride in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.Group A was treated with finasteride.Group B was treated with terazosin hydrochloride.At the same time,both groups were given targeted nursing intervention.The effects of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The total treatment effective rate of group A was significantly higher than group B,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms after medication in group A were all lower than the group B,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The residual urine volume and IPSS score after medication in group A were lower than the group B,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Finasteride is effective in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.At the same time,combined with nursing intervention can quickly reduce the related symptoms,reduce residual urine volume,reduce the occurrence of complications.
