呼伦贝尔地区蒙古族中青年缺血性脑卒中病因及相关危险因素分析

Analysis of the etiology and related risk factors of ischemic stroke in young and middle-aged Mongolian people in Hulunbeir area

目的:分析呼伦贝尔地区蒙古族中青年缺血性脑卒中患者的发病原因和相关危险因素。方法:2018年2月-2020年2月收治中青年缺血性脑卒中患者100例,作为观察组;选取同期接受健康体检的中青年100例,作为对照组。比较两组临床特点。结果:观察组缺血性脑卒中患者中,大动脉粥样硬化型(LAA)和病因不明型(SUE)的发生率最高。观察组高脂血症、心脏病、糖尿病及高血压发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组吸烟及喝酒比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic分析,高脂血症、心脏病、糖尿病、高血压、吸烟及喝酒与中青年发生缺血性脑卒中的相关性较大(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症、心脏病、糖尿病、高血压、吸烟及喝酒是引发中青年缺血性脑卒中的高危因素,其中LAA和SUE发病率最高。

Objective:To analyze the causes and related risk factors of ischemic stroke in young and middle-aged Mongolian patients in Hulun Buir area.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,100 cases of young and middle-aged ischemic stroke patients were enrolled as observation group.In the same period,100 cases of healthy young and middle-aged patients were enrolled as control group.The clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of large atherosclerotic type(LAA)and unexplained type(SUE)were the highest among ischemic stroke patients in the observation group.The incidence rates of hyperlipidemia,heart disease,diabetes and hypertension in the observation group were all higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentages of smoking and drinking in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that hyperlipidemia,heart disease,diabetes,hypertension,smoking and drinking were significantly related to ischemic stroke in young and middle-aged people(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperlipidemia,heart disease,diabetes,hypertension,smoking and drinking are the high risk factors of ischemic stroke in young and middle-aged people,among which type LAA and SUE are the highest incidence rates.
